Last year, I was in Cologne for shopping, and I saw a small bookstore. I decided to go there to buy some storybooks in English. In the corner of the bookshelf, I saw a puzzle, and on the cover of the puzzle, I saw a picture of London with black taxis and people walking by. The sky was blue, and I decided to take this puzzle with me to do at home in my free time because I love puzzles, especially in my free time. When I do puzzles, I feel comfortable and relaxed, and I think that, in my opinion, is my best way to spend my free time. At the end, when I completed the pieces, I saw a beautiful picture of rainy London, and that was really good. I felt really comfortable and satisfied. I then placed this puzzle in a glass frame and hung it on my wall.

Try using synonyms for the above words

Pronunciation

Your pronunciation is average. It is understandable but not always accurate. Focusing on the rhythm and stress patterns of English could prove beneficial.

Task Response

The response adequately addresses all parts of the question, providing a clear description of the puzzle and explaining why it is considered beautiful. To improve, consider adding more sensory details to enrich the description of the puzzle's appearance and the feeling of completing it. Elaborating on the specific aspects of the London scene that you found appealing would also strengthen the response.

Fluency & Coherence

The answer is understandable, but the structure could be improved. There's some rambling and repetition. Focus on clearer transitions between points and a more logical flow of ideas. For example, the explanation of why you enjoy puzzles could be more concise and integrated into the description of the puzzle itself. Practice speaking more smoothly and naturally, reducing hesitations and filler words like "and then."

Lexical Resource

Vocabulary is adequate but not particularly sophisticated. While you successfully convey your meaning, using more precise and varied vocabulary would enhance your score. For example, instead of 'good,' you could use words like 'charming,' 'captivating,' or 'evocative' to describe the picture. Consider using more descriptive adjectives to paint a more vivid picture of the puzzle and its image.

Grammatical Range & Accuracy

Grammar is inconsistent. There are several grammatical errors and awkward phrasing throughout the response. Pay close attention to articles (a, an, the), verb tenses, and sentence structure. Practice using a wider range of grammatical structures, such as complex sentences, to demonstrate greater grammatical control. For example, instead of 'I saw a puzzle and then cover of the puzzle I saw a picture,' try 'The puzzle depicted a picture of London.' Improving grammatical accuracy will significantly improve your score.
