Well, I want to talk about a daily routine that I really enjoy. I'm an early bird, so I always wake up early, around 6:00 a.m. The first thing I do after getting out of bed is do some light exercise to wake up my body. I also hydrate myself by drinking a big glass of water. It's a good way for me to detoxify my body. What's more, I'll sit down with a good book. Whether it's fiction, non-fiction, or a self-help book, I always make sure that I spend at least 30 minutes immersing myself in a good read. If I don't have to go to school, I'll take 15 minutes to meditate because I find that I feel relaxed and calm after meditating. If I have to go to school, I have to get ready quickly and eat a nutritious breakfast. Since my house is far from my university, I have to beat the traffic to get to school early. I've been getting up early in the morning and engaging in this activity for the past two years. It was hard for me at first when I tried to adapt to this routine. But after a month, this routine has become an indispensable part of my life. So I find it really easy and enjoyable to do every day. This routine not only makes me feel good each day, but it also has a positive impact in the long term. And I think that good habits will change my life and my lifestyle in a good way.
