So I would just go in with a simple clothes without wearing fancy things. And, uh, me and my mothers just go to enter to the shop. And that customer service provider did just igknore us and just trying to talk with, uh, her coworker and what about we at the price? And um, what is the product? What is the ingredient included in this product? She just explored ads and um, we are really disappointed in a little bit few years for the kind of cervix. So it’s happening and I still remember in that kind of thing. So most of the people are really judges by the clues. But at the time I was a little bit youngar. So I didn’t read too much and stayed silent. But I was really disappointed and sad for what she is doing. Um, and I was thinking that I won’t never buy that kind of shop again. Even though I really enjoy shopping and I really love their exposed product. So I would just seion the similar product for similar product and the same product in another shop and just try not to return the kind of shop. So, yeah, that is my experience.

I remember a bad service experience I had at a cosmetics shop about 45 years ago. I was very young at the time. We went to the shop, which was located in a large plaza, during the New Year's season. I was dressed simply, not in fancy clothes. My mother and I entered the shop, but the customer service representative completely ignored us. She was busy talking to her coworker and didn't even acknowledge our presence. We wanted to ask about the prices and ingredients of the products, but she just kept talking to her coworker. We were very disappointed by the lack of service. It was a really bad experience, and I still remember it vividly. I think people often judge others based on their appearance, and at that time, I was young and didn't know how to react. I stayed silent, but I was very disappointed and sad. I decided that I would never shop at that store again, even though I really liked their products. I ended up finding similar products at other stores and avoided going back to that particular shop. That's my experience with bad customer service.
