So when it comes to a book I enjoyed reading it a lot. It was Secrets in Diet. It was published by a very good nutritionist here in Egypt called Ahmad W. Gawad. The story began when I was at my first year in the university and I had to study a subject called nutrition. First we had to know some information about the BMI which is the basic metabolic rate in our body. We have to calculate the percentage of protein and fat and even though minerals and bone muscles and dynasty in the body. So I don’t know all of these things. I had to buy this book and I enjoyed it a lot because it provided me with many informations. It was related to the nutrition and even those nutrients which contains a huge amount of protein like meat or even though a lot of nutrients contains a high amount of fat like milk. And even though it provided me with a lot of informations that rice has a much great amount of carbohydrate and all of these things are so important for our body. Carbohydrates are so important for your focus and even though it can give you energy and protein is highly recommended if you are gaining some muscles and I chose it because I was training at the gym in this period and I had to gain some muscles. So I have to make a balance between my protein and my fat and even though my carbohydrates. I was struggling that I suffered from a decrease in my bone mineral dynasty and I couldn’t know how to elevate it and this book told me and the reason I was enjoying reading this book because it was so magnificent in all aspects and not pouring. I can read it easily without any translation. I can search about the larynx and even though the reference in the end of the book to make sure that all of these information are okay. So that’s all.
