One difficult challenge I faced in my career was recruiting people from North India. When I joined the company, the management tasked me with hiring some North Indian candidates. At the time, I didn't have any contacts in that region. It was incredibly difficult to find suitable candidates from North India. The previous HR person hadn't left any contacts either. I took the initiative and reached out to employees who had worked in North India, hoping they could help me find potential candidates. Another challenge was the availability and cost of train and flight tickets from North India to South India. The prices were fluctuating and very high, and it was difficult to get people to travel down before the required date. I contacted numerous candidates across North India, and it was a very challenging experience. Despite the difficulties, I took on the challenge and successfully fulfilled the company's requirement.

It is very difficult uh to uh see to me. And also uh um that challenge uh. I uh. I take that challenge and fulfill that challenge with the k there.
