One technological problem that I faced recently is that my laptop crashed. To give you a bit of background, I was working on my essay and I needed to submit it on time. However, my screen suddenly froze, it went blank and my file was gone, unfortunately. I realized that I forgot to backup my file. Honestly, I'm not tech savvy and I tried restarting it several times but nothing seemed to work. I opened YouTube and I found a 10 minute tutorial on how to fix this problem. I followed it step by step and I managed to restore about 90% of my work. I was really relieved that I didn't need to write it from scratch. So, I rebuilt the rest of it. Now to avoid making this mistake again, I use Google Drive because it saves files automatically and I will never lose my work again. So I store documents there. And it gives me peace of mind that I don't need to be worried about that.
