In 2019, COVID was starting, and the Indian government announced a lockdown in the country for about three months. The infection was spreading rapidly. There was a curfew everywhere, and the general public was not allowed to go outside their homes. During this time, I gained 8 kg, reaching 80 kg, due to eating and sleeping all the time. Everyone made jokes about me and my body, which made me feel depressed. After the lockdown, I decided to lose 5 kg because I was overweight. I joined a gym, followed a diet, went for morning walks, avoided junk food, and made my plan. I achieved my challenge.
