One positive change I recently made in my life was waking up early and following a structural morning routine. Before this change, I used to wake up late, often feeling rushed and unproductive. However, I realized that I needed to start my day with more energy and focus so I decided to make a straight morning schedule. The main reason I made this change was I often feel unmotivated and unorganized. I had heard many successful people talk about working out early, improved productivity and mental well-being. So I wanted to give a try. I started waking up at 6am exercising for 30 minutes and planning my day details before beginning my studies. I was inspired by a friend who followed this guy with lifestyle and he gave me a few tips on how to adjust my timeline so I avoid using my phone before sleeping. I was thinking of gradually setting my alarm earlier each day. He advised me very habit. And within a few weeks, I felt much more comfortable with my new routine. This change was extremely positive and beneficial for me. I became more productive, energetic and mentally refreshed throughout the day. I also noticed that I could complete my tasks more effectively. Although it had been one of the best decisions I would make for my life well-being.
