It’s unique because it was the first planned city in India designed by a renowned architect. This makes it a very organized and efficient city. It’s also known for being one of the safest cities in the country with less noise pollution and a high quality of life. Chandigarh boasts many attractions including Sukhna lake, a massive man-made lake that’s one of the largest in Asia. There is also the rock garden, a unique and inspiring sculpture garden made entirely from recycled materials like plastic waste. The city is divided into 50 sectors with its own residential and commercial areas. The streets are wide and well mentioned, making it easy to navigate. Overall, Chandigarh is a city that blends modern planning with natural beauty, making it a truly interesting and enjoyable place to visit.
