Today I would like to talk about a sports competition I took part in. Last year, my college organized a sports competition, and I decided to participate in the badminton competition because all of my friends were taking part in it, so I also decided to join. Badminton is my favorite sport, and I have been playing it since my childhood. I first played it when I was in 6th grade, and it was my father who taught me. The competition consisted of four rounds, and surprisingly, I cleared all four rounds and qualified for the final. Initially, I felt nervous, but after some time, I felt confident, and at last, I won the match. I felt really happy and delighted, and afterward, the principal awarded me with a medal and a trophy. Although badminton is not just a game to me, it reminds me of all those wonderful memories I spent with my father. So, I would love to continue playing it in the future. Thank you.
