Speaking of the creative hobby that I enjoy lately, if I could consider this a sport, I would say it is tennis, because tennis allows me to get more exercise. I really enjoyed it since I was in university, but I quit for a while and just got started again about two months ago. I think I'm going to continue playing, and I plan to do it more in the evenings, about two to three times a week. The moment I really enjoy is when I don't have to think about anything; I just focus on the tennis ball. It helps me a lot with exercise and decreases my cortisol levels every time I play tennis.
