The decision that turned out to be a good one was whether to go to college or university. Before taking the exam, I discussed this matter with my parents and made the decision. I was 18 years old at the time. The ultimate choice was to enter university, but my father was not in favor of my idea, so I had to reconsider. At the time, I was frustrated because it was not my decision. In Japan during that period, economic activities were decreasing by the time I graduated. Some of my classmates in high school struggled to find enough jobs, meaning there were insufficient job openings at that time. However, I graduated two years earlier than them, which allowed me to secure a proper job that helped me a lot. Now I work as an English teacher, so my decision was good. It has proven to be beneficial.
