Today I would like to talk about one such task which I never believed I could do and that is my cousins arrived in Bangladesh after two years since two days ago and I looked him very much I was surprised to see him because he was possessing a lot of weight and it surprised me a lot. I was just asked him how he lost weight and he never described me that when he went to Abroad he went to his university by walking but all of his friends were going to university by university bus but he always preferred to go by walking and that helps him to lose weight and after hearing this I will try to lose my height by walking very much I started to walk in the morning and also started to maintain diet which helps me a lot and I have never believed that I could do it but I could do it easily and that I never believed anymore.
