In my house while growing up, I have always seen my mom cook for the family even when my relatives came, she would always cook, and it wasn’t just like a small portion. We would have at most of fifteen guests arriving, and she would make a whopping portion of fifteen people, but it doesn’t really it isn’t really enough So she sometimes looks like the portion of twenty people just so everyone can get more if they like the food. So My field of difficulty was not in the field of work or in studies. My difficult task was cooking. When I became the age of around 13 years or so, I first started cooking a suite, uh, of of carrot, of sweet carrots, which was also assisted majorly by my mother But recently, I became independent. And as soon as my exams finished, I was determined to cook a dish without the supervision of my mom. Or my dad or anyone. And all I had was a recipe, and there was more measurement cups, no measurements, you know, anything nothing was mentioned, and I didn’t have that hi fi equipment and stuff. So the difficult task for me is definitely cooking. So, yeah, I worked on this task So the first time when I made this dish called butter chicken, I really messed up, uh, not in the terms of taste, but there is a step by step process. In the step by step process, I was supposed to add a cream that gives a lot of soft flavor to the curry. And instead of adding it at the end, I added it before I could before, like, after I mixed everything, I added the cream. So the curry just became thick, but it had to go on top. It was like, the coriander, but, yeah, in a liquidy form, and I really tried my best, and I also got the best results. And I should really say that when I worked this independently, I felt very good. My feeling, it was just on another level. So, yeah, it was very good.
