Well, I really want to talk about my uncle who runs a family bakery. It has been in our family for more than 20 years, and he took over this business after my grandparents retired. Our bakery is well known for its fresh bread, cakes, and traditional pastries. One thing I really admire about my uncle is his work ethic and dedication. He starts his work early in the morning and sometimes finishes at night, especially during busy weeks like holidays or special occasions. Despite this pressure, he always stays calm and focused. Another thing I really respect about him is the way he has modernized the business while keeping traditional family recipes. He has introduced some new ideas, such as online ordering and custom cake services, which have increased sales and attracted many customers. Overall, I really admire him because it's not easy to run a family business. It requires both professional skills and emotional responsibility. However, he has done very well, and I really like him so much.
