So I will suggest real estate is the best business for doing with family support because there are so many people need to sell a property. So everyone should be trustable once. Sometimes if we are doing with others, the brokers will cheat us and the profit also will be reduced. But if we are doing with family, it’s reliable. I have an experience in that when my dad sell a land, broker has cheated 30k per purchase. I don’t know anything about that mostly because it’s his business. We can’t involve in that. But as an adult, my dad will also share some profits and his mistakes with me because his desire is to make me also a business woman. Therefore he will share something with me, his experiences. So I guess most of the business are success because of the efforts. But in real estate, the business will be successful when there is trust.
