Today, I'd like to talk about a food I've been wanting to try: sushi, which originates from Japan. I first encountered it as a child when I saw a sushi restaurant. I was immediately intrigued, thinking, 'Wow, what is this? I have to try it!' Since then, I've had the opportunity to try sushi in Vietnam, but it wasn't quite the same as the authentic Japanese version. If I ever get the chance to visit Japan, I'd love to experience real Japanese sushi. I could eat it at a restaurant, or even order it online. My main reason for wanting to try it is to learn more about Japanese culture and the ingredients used. I'm also eager to share my interest with friends and family. That's all about the food I'm hoping to try.
