So the leisure time activity that I've taken up recently, and probably one of the best ones, is journaling. I started journaling not long ago, I think at the beginning of 2024. This journey of self-reflection has been truly significant for my personal life and my overall mental health. Taking into account my sedentary lifestyle has definitely made me think about the alarming effects of this lifestyle on my mental health issues. Since January, as I've mentioned, I've taken up journaling, and for the past three or four months, I've been practicing it. At this point, it's been sort of hardwired into my brain in the mornings to wake up and start journaling for five to ten minutes. What I usually do is try to recollect my memories from the previous week and jot down some ideas about anything that comes to my mind. It could be situations that made me feel unsafe or interactions that felt strange in any way. The main reason why I really enjoy this activity is that, being a very anxious person and handling every life challenge as a nerve-wracking thing, it has definitely made me calmer and more relaxed. This is something I truly appreciate in my daily life.

What I usually do is try to recollect my memories from previous week for the past several days and just try to jot down some ideas of what basically just anything that came to my mind. It could be situations that made me feel unsafe or some interactions that made me feel weird in any type of way.
