One family friend I clearly remember from my childhood is Akumin, who used to live next door to us. He wasn’t a relative, but he felt like part of our family because he visited our house almost every day and treated me with genuine warmth. I know him when I was around six. Um, at the time, my parents were quite busy with work, so he often kept an eye on me after school. What made him memorable was his calm personality and his sensual sense of humor. He was the kind of person who could make you feel comfortable just by being around. Whenever I struggle with my homework or felt stress, he would personally explain things or, uh, tell me funny title stories to tear me up. One thing that really stuck with me was the way he taught me small life lessons. For example, he showed me how to fix a broken toy. And he always remind me to be kind and respectful to others. Those simple lessons actually saved a lot of my habits later on. Um, even though he eventually moved to another city and we don’t teach in thought anymore, I still appreciate everything he did for me. He was like second guardian during a very important stage of my childhood. Whenever I think about my early years, he is one of the first people who comes to my mind.
