One of my friends, his name is Arif, is someone I met during my first year at university. At that time, he was very loud when he spoke, and I am quite an introverted person. That's why I didn't like his first impression. There were also other reasons, like he spoke too loudly and interrupted when discussing other topics, and sometimes he was dominant in group discussions. From that time, I decided to keep my distance from him and not get close to him as a classmate. But my notion was completely wrong, and it proved to be wrong when we worked together on an assignment in that first year. I was surprised to discover another side of him; he was so organized, hard-working, and very supportive. At that time, he never made me feel inferior, and whenever I got stuck on any task, he helped me out and explained the matter very meticulously. From that time, we became good friends. Apart from that assignment, we shared our food, and we had healthy discussions about political and international issues. Since then, we have become good friends. He is actually one of my closest friends now, and we also engage in various activities these days. He is now a manager in a multinational company, and of course, this side of my friend Arif, we couldn't have anticipated.
