My goal is to speak English fluently. I have tried to achieve this goal for many years, but I haven't succeeded yet. English speaking fluency requires more than just confidence, and I want to be more confident to become a good teacher. I have tried to improve more and more, but I still haven't achieved it. Now I practice every day. I read English books and English newspapers. I speak with my colleagues and my kids. I also write small stories and poems. I think about my progress constantly and reflect on what I can do to improve. I realize that I need to focus on my speaking skills and find more opportunities to practice. One of the obstacles I face is my fear of making mistakes while speaking. This fear sometimes holds me back from speaking as much as I would like. To overcome this, I plan to remind myself that making mistakes is a part of the learning process. I will also seek out language exchange partners who can help me practice in a supportive environment. Additionally, I want to join a speaking club where I can interact with others who are also learning English. This will give me the chance to practice speaking in a more relaxed setting. I believe that with consistent practice and the right support, I can achieve my goal of speaking English fluently. I am committed to this journey and will continue to work hard until I reach my goal.
