I can say that there are a lot of goals that I set for myself, and a successful one was to read 50 books in a year. When I set the goal, I thought it would be really easy, and I believed that I could finish one book in a week. In the beginning, it was very easy. But I faced challenges; I set this goal at the end of 9th grade, and my goal was to complete it by 11th grade. Since that time, I can say that I have only read 10 books. That's really different from my goal, and I was really upset to realize it. In my experience, 50 books is a very big goal and hard to achieve. There were a lot of distractions; sometimes I would fall asleep while reading, and other times, I found the books uninteresting and would put them off to do other things. However, I honestly find it interesting that I managed to read at least 10 books, which not everyone can achieve.
