One of my friends stands out of her habits. She reads books regularly. She is my best friend at school. I noticed this habit for when we went to university. She always carried a book in her bag and I noticed that it was changed day by day. So she finished books quickly and I asked her how she could that. She said to me, I read quickly and I have a goal every day at least 50 pages I read. So this is really empires me because I would like to get into reading book regularly for a long time. I think it helps to reduce my stress also, providing focusing something more, more adapted. For this reasons, I hope I can do that as my friends.
