One of my favorite homemade recipes is banana bread. I usually make it when I have very ripe bananas at home. I mash them and mix them with eggs, sugar, melted butter, flour, and a touch of cinnamon. It smells so good while baking. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and bake it until it's soft and golden on top. I love eating it, especially with a cup of coffee or a glass of cold milk. It's simple, comforting, and always reminds me of home.
