Homemade orange cake. First, in a bowl, mix 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, and the juice of 1 large orange. Then add 1 cup of oil, 1 teaspoon of orange zest, and mix again. Slowly add 1 cup of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake for 34-45 minutes. When it's ready, let it cool. This orange cake is so moist and perfect to enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
