One of my favorite homemade desserts is flan. To make it, I start by melting sugar in a pan until it becomes golden caramel. Then I mix eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. I pour the mixture over the caramel in a baking dish and bake it in a water bath for about an hour. Once it cools, I flip it onto a plate. It's creamy, sweet, and perfect for any occasion.
