Band 6+: Describe a house or apartment you would like to live in. You should say: where it is / Where it would be what you would (like to) do there who you would (like to) live therewith and explain why you would like to live in this place.

Alright. Uh, I would like to talk about, uh, place where I would like to live in the future. And, uh, some people, uh, some, like, most of the people, I think nowadays, they uh, tend to believe that the bigger, uh, place is the bigger apartment or, uh, your house is the better. However, I, um, think a bit differently. Uh, I would like to live in a small apartment. It’s like a studio flat, um, per se. So the most, um, important thing for me, I think it’s not, um, for an apartment to be big, spacious, but rather comfortable, convenient. Uh, so stuff like that. Well, I I I think that um, it definitely should be some way in the center of the city within walking distance of coffee shops where usually, like, going, like, after my working day with my laptop. And, um, there should be some shopping centers nearby so that when I have my days off, I can go there buy something. And, uh, since I don’t like driving. Uh, I don’t like driving a car myself, or I don’t like traveling by car or by bus. Yeah. I I like walking everywhere. So if everything is, uh, near my flat, that would be, uh, just the best, I think, for me. Uh, and also, um, I I think another important thing which, really matters for me now is, um, the interior design, uh, since I’m quite an introverted person. I like spending my time inside rather going outside. So, uh, I think I would need invest a lot of money in, um, making the home space look more comfortable, convenient and cozy for me. So yeah.
