Consider expanding on the types of crops grown, the challenges faced in the job, and how the job impacted your grandfather's life and your family. Improving fluency would involve smoother transitions between ideas and reducing the use of fillers like 'um' and 'uh'. Practice speaking at a consistent pace and try to plan your response beforehand to improve coherence.

The vocabulary is adequate, but there's room for improvement in precision. Using 'crops' instead of 'cultures' would be more accurate and natural. Expanding on the types of crops grown would also enrich the vocabulary. Consider using more specific and descriptive vocabulary to enhance the answer.
