Walking is a good exercise because people can stay fit and improve their lives, and they can achieve their goals with it. Here, I would talk about a long walk that I did. Recently, I visited Shimla with my friends, and we always played games and engaged in activities on our trips. This time, we decided to take a long walk, starting at 9 o'clock in the morning. It was quite long, and after one hour, we were tired and felt frustrated. However, after we drank some water, we completed this task in four hours, finishing at 1 o'clock in the afternoon.
