I am going to talk about a uh, recent development of a shopping mall which is not too far from where I live and it’called honeymoon tower that can be found in a convenient location just tucked away from the main Dhakachitagong trunk roadute and of course ten minute walk from my apartment. Before its renovation, the mall was a ah, rather outdated three stor sprawling complex with dual exterior. The interior was dimly light with a mesh like layout that difficult to navigate. The overall atmosphere was lackluster. The construction was pretty challenging and took almost two years to complete. Even though there were some structural issues, the mall management manage to complete it on time without causing too much disruption for the customers. People are really excited about the recent development of the mall as the management has added some extra facilities like a gaming for kids, restaurants and cinema theaters where people can hang out with their friends and family. However, some people are really concerned about increasing number of traffic congestion and noise pollution that come with the new development. The mall has great impact on the economy because it creates lots of job opportunities for local community. Apart from that, the shopping is more convenient since they no longer need to go out of the area.
