The main purpose of this law was to implant a new tree every year either in their own private garden or at the bank of the river or whatever. But it is the main responsibility of every citizen to implant a new plant at any kind of place. Because I did not recall the exact time of their implementation but I think so that it was addressed when I was 4-5 years old. The main purpose of this law is to reduce the process of de-frustration as well as pollution that causes too much serious conditions. For example, global warming or geeseen house effect and as I know it has a very deleterious effect for the environment as well as for the health of human beings. So, it was the law that was introduced at that time and it proved very beneficial after their implementation.
