Uh, I believe that this is unnecessary invasion, uh, of privacy. While a CV is an important document in the onboarding process, it should be simplified to include only professional background information rather than personal and additional records. To address this problem, I propose a new law to simplify the onboarding process by leveraging existing government data. Uh, governments uh, already have a detailed information about their uh, citizens, so we could build an application that retrieves and stories so only the necessary data, such as a few personal details and the professional background information. Access to this information should be restricted and secure with only authorized personal apple to access it. We could issue an id, uh, similar to driving license, which organization can use to request personal information. This way they receive all necessary data quickly and securly. This level would save time as simplified the onboarding process and reduce unnecessary paperwork. It could serve as a model for other uH, countries to adopt similar measures. Overall, I believe this law would be beneficial and well receive it.
