I'm going to tell you about a person who epitomizes the *dislike* for cooking for others. Um, it is my aunt, Miss Sara, who was a graphic designer by day, was transformed into a culinary *rebel* by night. Um, she uh, um is uh, a *good* and independent individual and uh, in her early twenties, um, Miss Sara, for her, cooking is not only a method to express her love without the *need* to show off, um, a method for her to uh, practice her creativity and uh, express her and show her passion. Um, Miss Sara is especially interested in cooking Vietnamese traditional food and one of her signature dishes is pho. Um, when she cooks, she prepares all of the ingredients from scratch because she has to ensure that uh, all the ingredients have the highest quality and her philosophy is that sharing is caring. So she loves to share the food she cooks with others because she believes that it will bring people closer together. Um, her dishes are not only for nourishing but also for showing a sentimental uh, present for people around her. Um, it not only satisfies my palate but also nourishes my soul. Um, I feel very fortunate to have a chance to enjoy her home-cooked meals.
