I think my dad has a very good lifestyle. He always keeps a regular schedule and a healthy diet, and he works out almost every day. Many young people like staying up late. Actually, it's not healthy. My dad agrees with Franklin: early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. He gets up consistently and doesn't even need to use an alarm clock because it has been his routine for so long. His body and brain have gotten used to it, and he never stays up late. It's beneficial to one's health if we can maintain a healthy diet. My dad has known this since I was a little child. He reads all kinds of books about eating healthy. Our family eats a lot of vegetables because they are natural sources of vitamins and minerals, which provide us with more. He also tells me that we need to eat a variety of foods because variety is the spice of life, and it can also make our bodies stronger. My dad would never sacrifice his exercise time for other obligations. He sometimes jogs in the morning or goes swimming in the afternoon. He even bought a running machine to exercise at home when he gets too busy with work. From my family, my dad has set a good role model for me, and I should learn a lot from him.
