She usually goes to her surgery from Saturday to Wednesday and examines a large number of patients most of whom suffer from respiratory conditions. She is truly one of the most respected doctors in her area. As for why she chose this career path I remember quite clearly that it all started about 20 years ago when her father tragically passed away from lung cancer. She often says that if her father hadn’t died from that illness she probably wouldn’t have become a doctor. That painful experience had a profound impact on her and gave her the motivation to pursue medicine and help others who were suffering from similar health problems. What I admire most about her is her stoicism and dedication. She is far more hardworking than anyone else I know and she rarely complains even though her job is incredibly demanding. She is the kind of person who stays calm under pressure and never lets her emotions affect her job. To me she is a role model not just because of her professional success but also because of her strengths and quite determination.
