And we often get motivation by watching some film, some videos on social medias, but it really has a little effect on us. For example, we get some motivation and we decided to do exercises. We can do exercises first day, second, third, but after that days on the next day, we’re just going to forget about everything, about our goals and about our inspiration. So, I also was a person like that and every motivation like some film, some celebrities, wards, etc. was affecting me a little bit. And I remember I just was watching some interviews of Mike Tyson or I was watching a film of Jean-Claude Van Damme. You have such a big effect, some such big emotions to change your life. But of course, after several days you just forget everything. But when I just was watching Paralympics games, it is when people who have some illness do sports on a world level. And I just was so shocked and I felt some shame because I have everything. I don’t have any illness, bless the gods and I don’t do sport. It was the biggest inspiration and motivation for me because it is really, we have everything and we don’t do everything.
