Well it is very common for our colleagues to share something interesting to us. So most recently I would like to share about uH experience that I have when I was in Lucknow for our industrial training and uH the organization also arranged a UH yoga training program that was took place in the morning 06:00 a.m. m to 07:00 a.m. for uH entire week. My colleague Mister Anand was uh quite fit and he used to uh go, he and he used to go regular to the gym. So he has inspired to participate in the yoga training program. First of all I was like ah very, I don’t like to part, I don’t like to get uh, I don’t like to wake up in the morning, in the very early morning so I refuse his decision. But after several times and he have shared so many YouTube videos that how yoga is important to our health and uh the feedbacks also he have shared the person who participate in yoga classes tend to be very flexible and energetic throughout their entire day and they became more productive as compared to those who never tried any yoga classes or who don’t practice yoga at the morning. So the training was conducted in the hotel itself and uh I also participate in that. After completing that uh yoga class I feel like my blood circulation got uh got improved and I feel a sense of relaxation and it enhance my energy a lot. I was feeling like I am so energetic and I can be more productive. So after few hours I feel like I’m not sleepy anymore. I’m not feeling sleepy anymore. And uh I especially want to, I say, I want to say thank you to my friend who insist me to participate in yoga class as he is doing since his birth.
