So, I want to talk about my buddy Alex. I met him in high school, actually during a language club. We both signed up to learn Spanish, and we kind of hit it off. Right away, Alex has this really cool way of picking up new languages. He uses a mix of apps like Duolingo, and he loves watching movies in different languages with subtitles. Plus, he practices by chatting with native speakers online, which is super effective. Right now, he speaks Spanish fluently, and he is also pretty good at French. He just started learning Italian too because he wants to travel there someday. It's impressive how quickly he picks things up. I really admire Alex. He has these natural talents for language, which makes me a bit envious, in a good way. It is inspiring to see someone so committed, and it encourages me to improve my own skills.
