I would like to talk about my father who went into buying cheap stuff. Actually, I think it happened in 2016. My father just stumbled upon an app on his phone, and it's about an e-commerce platform called Pindodal. He downloaded this app, and after browsing for a few minutes on this platform, he realized almost everything on there was very cheap. Then he decided to buy a few electrical tools such as duct tape, electric drills, and hammers. He realized not only were the prices very cheap, but also the quality was okay. He fell in love with this platform because he is an electrician who frequently needs to buy things from hardware stores. He started using this platform for other goods such as slippers and clothing, and he realized it's a very good platform to save a lot of money. The reason he enjoys buying cheap goods from this platform is also that he thinks the after-sales services are excellent. If he buys something that he doesn't really like, he can just return it without paying extra delivery fees. So he thinks the after-sales service is very good.
