However, as I grew older, I began to appreciate how hardworking he was. Even in extremely scorching weather, he would spend hours outside wearing a bamboo hood, spraying pesticides, checking the crops, and growing vegetables around the field. Despite the physical exhaustion, I rarely heard him complain. What also impressed me was how knowledgeable and experienced he was. He didn’t always follow strict farming methods. sometimes he would simply throw fruit seeds into the soil and just see what happened naturally. Looking back, I think watching him work so hard also taught me endurance from a very young age. Okay, I still got some time. I think if he hadn’t engaged in this kind of occupation, I would have probably had another attitude toward our mother nature, because he always showed his passion for less.
