Well, honestly speaking, I'm a very energetic and optimistic person, but I have a bad relationship with one person. He is my colleague; he was my classmate at university. Although he is very skilled, he is not polite. He doesn't understand or consider other people's opinions, and he doesn't listen to them. This has a very negative impact on us. He is also very pessimistic and doesn't think about the good things or positive outcomes, which affects our work negatively. That's why I have a really bad attitude towards him. I think this type of person is very detrimental to our mental health. People like this should work on themselves and try to be more realistic and optimistic instead of pessimistic.

Well honestly speaking I’m a very energetic and optimist person but I have a bad attitude and bad relationship with one person uh he is my colleague he was my collegial at uh university uh although he is very skilled in polite he’s not uh polite polite people he didn’t understand he didn’t think uh people’s opinions even he listens uh even he didn’t listen other people’s opinion and that’s and it’s very uh negatively and for us and also he uh he uh was very pessimist he didn’t think about the good thing of good predict and this impact was very bad uh uh our works and that’s why uh I had really bad attitude towards him I think uh this type of persons uh very bad for our mental health uh and this type of people uh try to work on yourself and try to be more realist and try to be more pessimist optimistic.
