Okay, so I'd like to describe a person I've met who I'd want to work or study with. I'm someone who's into debating, and I've participated in many debate tournaments around the world. There was a time when I had to team up with someone, and he was my teammate in a debate tournament. What struck me was that he cared about his teammates significantly. He would always ask me about my comfort level in the room, about my desires in that debate tournament, and I was very happy to have someone who cared about my feelings at that time. Moreover, he was also a very active participant in the discussion, always suggesting many ideas to help the team. I appreciated his contributions significantly. And what's more, his words were funny, and he made me feel relaxed, even in a straightforward debate setting. Therefore, I really want to cooperate with this person because I strongly believe that in study and work, interaction is really important to ensure work effectiveness. Moreover, a person like him can also offer valuable advice that I wouldn't find elsewhere.
