I'm going to talk about a person who likes to talk a lot. Her name is Reim. She's my colleague, and we both work as part-time lecturers at a public university. Unfortunately, she enjoys gossiping about people, their personal lives, and private details. She often speaks negatively about our employer, and she also likes to discuss student marks, achievements, and behavior, often in a critical way. I feel uncomfortable around her, and I usually try to avoid sitting with her or talking to her. I'm always careful not to share any personal details about myself or my students, because she tends to spread information about other people's lives in a negative way. I try to minimize my contact with her. I've tried to advise her that this behavior is harmful, and I've encouraged her to stop, but unfortunately, it hasn't worked. She continues to do the same things. So, the best way to deal with it is to avoid her.

Talking about the student marks and achievement and behavior. Also in a very bad way. I really uh, feel uncomfortable around her. And most of the time I try to avoid sitting with her and talk to her. Besides that, I always try to be careful and not uh. And avoid uh. Speaking about any person and uh. Private detail of me. Or even um, regarding my student. Because you know, and she tend to go s and talk about uh, other lives in a very bad way. So I always try to minimize my contact with her. Beside um, that I’m trying to tell her and adv advce her that this is something bad. And um. She would, uh, stop doing this. But unfortunately this is not working at all. She continue uh. She continues to do the same. So the best way, uh, is to avoid her.
