I took this advice from someone on Instagram. I don’t know that person exactly. That was just a random person. I just show show a video. And I like this advice because it is very useful when you can through the fact that how how much time you spent on thinking about some other people’s lives and not living your own your own life. So I think We have to really deeply think about it and if we are able to take this. Can I apply this in certain ways, we can we can really improve the quality of our lives? Also, there are some several, some other advice that I have got from many different people in my life, So this one has, I guess, a huge effect on me. Because I wanna apply this pretty quickly, and it comes from the religion, I believe. I mean, I actually haven’t got this advice from Instagram. I mean, thinking about it, like, it wasn’t from somewhere random, even though it was through that video, but, like, the video quoted, the fact that it was from prophet Mohammed, which is, uh, the profit of the final profit according to the Islamic faith. So it was from one of his sayings. But the moment I saw this quote was was today through and is an Instagram video made by a random person. So this actually proves my first point, but I wasn’t clear with my point, I guess. That’s all I can see right now.
