Well, it's not something really special, but I remember when I was stressing about the IELTS exam. I was talking to my friend who told me not to worry and to let things go their way and just follow the flow. I used to stay up all night taking mock tests, and due to the lack of sleep, I would score lower every time. Then I would panic and spam the mock tests. After realizing what the problem was, I decided to do what my friend told me: take a good nap and then continue studying for the IELTS with a fresh mind and just rest.
