One of the advice that I have recently uh, received was a few weeks ago and I was in a meeting with my. One of the senior who is the senior who is CEO of the company for which I have been working right now. And this advice was actually about uh, taking the classes and the constructive feedbacks for me. And he was actually focused on providing me some more. More advices regarding building my career in this field where I have been teaching to my students. And he was actually focused on uh, providing me some teaching skills. And he asked me to get like concentrated on um, on remaining calm and compose while I am taking the classes. After he reviewedd the recording of the classasses that, um, was sent to him and he also suggested me to address all the issues of thering by asking them individually, one by one and to uh, focus on making the classroom more interactive and uh, fun. He um, recommended me to use some of the quiz games or crack some jokes, uh, or being some. Somehow personal to them so that they would fill some friendly environment with their teacher. And. And in addition to this, he also suggested me to use english language as much less possible since I have been teaching the students from the uh, international land. Um, and uh, the other thing was uh, like he asked me to go slowly and we are not uh, like in a hurry to complete ouration while he was uh, giving me such a advice. And at first I felt like it was such a simple advice and you should’t have to take such a long time to explain me. Then later I realized that it was actually so much important for me to build my personal development within this career since this care involves, um, building some self confidence within me, building the proper communication skills with me. And then, um, I later felt like it was so like uh, importantbyices that he or someone could give me after reviewing my classrooms activities or the recordings.
