One valuable piece of advice I received. It was from my friend. She gave it to me a, uh, few years ago when I was feeling stressed about college and personal problem. She told me to stay calm and focus on one thing instead of trying to do everything at a time. She also advised me to take a break when I feel stressed so I don’t burn out. Uh, I found this advice flowable because it’s really helped me manage my stress and it’s something I still use today whenever I feel worried.
