I'm grateful for this topic! Everyone experiences good and bad news, but today I'll share some positive news I recently heard. I work near my house, and I noticed a group of people gathered, chatting excitedly. I decided to join them and found out they were discussing the construction of a new stadium in our town. This news made me incredibly happy! Our town has been lacking a proper sports facility, which has had a negative impact on our health and youth. The new stadium will be able to accommodate around 3,000 people and will be located within a three-kilometer radius. This is a huge step forward for our community, and I'm thrilled to see this project come to fruition.

First of all I am very thankful to you. You gave me a nicer topics. Um. A ah. Person uh have many good and bad news in his life. But today I am going to talk about um. Uh our news. I have recentlyives um um. Recently receives these news uh about the stadiums have a bullet in our towns um. Um. Uh. I have a work near my house um. I see that someer people are gathered uh. And um. And chatting with them and uh. I decided to go with them and I heared the news uh was um um. The stadium has bullied in uh. Overown um. This news is very happy for me. In happy for me because um um. There is no ground for over to um over aton uh um uh Overton due to the lack of this um m facility. It is a big impact on our health and our youth was uh uh. Effects uh. In uh our um uh society. This news was a very good to me. Good to m. Me. These stadium has a 03:00 a.m. sitting ah 3000 ah people. It uh. It was a bullet uh around the um three kilometa space.
