I like to talk about my smartphone, which is the most useful tool I own. My father gave it to me as a present after I got into medical university last year, and since then I've been using it every single day. I use it for a wide range of purposes. Besides calling or sending messages, I rely on it for studying. For example, I use strategy PT to clarify concepts, check my writing, and practice speaking. I also take mock tests and watch educational videos whenever I have some free time. What I admire most about my phone is that it has a high quality camera that allows me to take pictures of lectures, textbooks, and handwritten notes instead of carrying heavy books every day. Additionally, it has a long battery life because of which I don't have to worry about charging it in the middle of the day even though I'm using it for several hours. It has some disadvantages though; it sometimes overheats. The reason for this is that the temperature gets extremely high in my hometown. Unfortunately, it doesn't happen often. Overall, my smartphone has made my life much more convenient. I believe I rely on it for both my studies and my everyday life.
