The technology that has changed the way I communicate is phones. I started using it when I was 8 or 9. I used my parents' phone to communicate with people on TikTok and Instagram by sending messages. I still use it to this day. It changed my communication habits by making me more scared to talk to people because I'm used to talking behind the screen of my phone. So now when I talk to people in real life, I get scared. And I think the change is both positive and negative. The negative part is that I get scared every time I want to talk to people, and it makes me communicate way worse than if I used my phone. The positive thing is now I can communicate with anyone I want online, and it's pretty nice because I can talk to anyone from anywhere. All I need is wifi and a phone. And so I think it's both positive and negative.
